A real estate inspection is a visual survey of a structure and a basic performance evaluation of the systems and components of a building. It provides information regarding the general condition of a residence at the time the inspection was conducted. I will make time. I want to make sure to thoroughly explain the report and point out any deficiencies and concerns.
Nothing is 100%, But we use every advantage to avoid costly surprises.
Experience Robert Luna Brings
I started working in aviation in 1994 with the Air Force. I was part of the 16th SOW/ 15th SOS. I have been operating in avionics (aircraft electrician) for most of my 30 year career. I have worked on over 17 different airframes. I’ve had the opportunity to work on NASA contracts (T-38’s), several different types of American military and Russian military helicopters, and more.
